Everything about this place is a joke they don't answer the phones and stand there talking why they are ringing. The Doctors have not got a clue what they are doing they can't even copy a date from a computer to onto a form that if they even bother giving you the forms they are meant to before rudely rushing you out

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and have always had excellent treatment from all staff, from doctors to health care assistants and receptionists. I have a serious chronic condition and so am a regular patient but always feel the doctors have time for me. Having suffered a 3rd serious migraine in 5 days today, I rang to see if I could discuss with my usual GP next week but the very friendly and sympathetic receptionist suggested I speak to the duty doctor rather than worry over the weekend. The duty GP, Dr Sanchez, rang me within a few hours and was sympathetic, listened to my somewhat complicated history, was very thorough in her questioning and reassured me about medication, then made an appointment for me to see my regular GP in 10 days to review the situation. I felt this was excellent service by both the receptionist and the GP and I feel reassured. I agree that it can be difficult to obtain GP appointments, in particular to maintain continuity with the same doctor, but the staff always go out of their way to assist. If the need is urgent a patient will always be able to consult a doctor on the day either by phone or in person.

The receptionists are rude (if they ever answer the phones) the doctors are not interested just quickly trying to get you out half of them don't even know what they're doing my most recent appointment the doctor googled my symptoms and sent me away with nothing I ended up in hospital the next day with a severe bacterial infection.

I have had great care, recently I have had to ring up at 8:00am on four occasions and the receptionist was most helpful and kind . The doctor was excellent first a call then fitting me in to be seen a slight weight at the surgery but was warned of this and it is only to be expected ( I didn't mind the weight ) as just really nice they had fitted me in . They covered all areas and I have felt very well looked after . I'm not better quite yet but getting there having had great help . The receptionists was also very kind when I called in for a script and friendly.
